My daughter has some cavities , the dentist recommended crowns , and then she had some micro cavities in the front I was curious to see how well this would work healing her cavities she goes to the dentist in eight weeks and I’ll find out if there’s any improvement. But when I was helping her floss, it does look like her teeth have healed a little bit which is encouraging! I have tooth sensitivity and and prone to bleeding gums so I started using it as well and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my gums are stronger and healthier and I don’t have tooth pain anymore. Definitely going to buy more tablets the Childs berry flavor is delicious but I think I’m going to order some mint for myself. My daughter had to get used to not rinsing her mouth completely out to let the minerals Stay on her teeth but she got used to it . she enjoys the tablets and likes showing them off to her friends when they come over for a sleepover!

But what I really love about these tablets are the traveling option. They take up minimal space in my toiletry bag (or my purse when on a long flight!). And the refill option is an economical alternative to purchasing the containers.

My son (9 years old) has sensory issues because of his autism. Normally brushing is a battle in our house. A very messy battle with lots of toothpaste everywhere 😂 Santa got these tablets for my kiddo and he loves them! He really likes the taste of them and he gets a kick out of chewing the tablet. My kiddo is brushing without even being asked. Huge bonus- no more toothpaste everywhere!

My favorite tooth tabs!
Second time purchasing Chomp, but first time with this flavor. The texture of the tab really melts in your mouth when you chew it, but then foams up nicely once you start brushing (manual brush, haven't tried with electric). The flavor is mild and fresh, I definitely prefer it to the peppermint. 10/10 will continue to purchase these refills.
This toothpaste is great!
I have severe allergies, and have tried every standard and lots of specialty toothpaste options. These tablets are the best! They don’t irritate my mouth or trigger my allergies. The foam is just right. They’re easy to use and travel with, and the nano makes my dentist happy. This product is great!
I’ve been working hard to remove plastic from my bathroom, and Chomp toothpaste is fantastic. My dentist is also really pleased about what it’s doing to these ancient teeth – even without fluoride, my enamel is looking good. Great for travel too!

I didn't buy these as candy, so I'm not reviewing them as such. The cinnamon flavor is delightful, and the sensation of having the tablet turn into paste as you slowly crush it between your teeth makes brushing my teeth fun instead of just a chore! I appreciate that these are fluoride-free, and I also appreciate that they have nano-hydroxyapatite to keep my teeth healthy. I love the little aluminum jar that you can get with your initial order, then subsequently use with the refill packets.
The product itself, is great.
It tastes great, it's actually whitening my teeth, and my mouth feels cleaner. On top of that, glad we are doing something good for the environment by cutting yet another plastic item out of our life.
The top choice for our trip
We wanted to avoid toothpaste using our liquid limit during travel. We bought several varieties of tablet toothpaste to try before our trip. The cinnamon chomp won hands down. It has a nice zing while you brush & leaves you whole mouth feeling fresh. Highly recommended.

I wasn't familiar with Nano hydroxyapatite before Chomps, but have noticed a significant decrease in my tooth sensitivity since using it. The mint flavor is nice without being overwhelmed and my entire mouth feels so clean when done. I've already bought multiple refill packs as this is my new go-to!
Better than other bites I've tried!
I really like the way these bits melt in your mouth and foam well. They're not chalky and leaves my teeth and mouth feeling clean. I've tried a few other brands, and so far, this is my fave one! Also, really appreciate their sustainability mission and they're based in Southern California!
