I've tried NHAP toothpaste from Boka, Bite, and CHOMP. Boka is okay, but it comes in a tube and I am trying to be sustainable. Bite is similar, but their bits are tough and don't break down well. CHOMP is great, very little packaging that is eco-friendly. The bits crumble easily and foam well in the mouth. The downside is that they crush-up a little in transit, so remember to put them in your reusable jars before travel so they stay protected. I also supplement them with Boka mouthwash bits, since NHAP works best with prolonged contact with teeth. That's just my preference. (Yes, I put them in the reusable jar from Bite because the glass holds up better than aluminum lol)
I have found that these tablets work well and I'm happy that they include the mineral that tooth enamel is made of. I'm hoping it helps my teeth!.
